1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Pop303 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to ensure member eligibility is met. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended pending further investigation.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at pop303. Ownership of more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. pop303 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.

This process requires submission of valid identification documents such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. 4Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

8Account Suspension & Closure

Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method.

9pop303 Liability Limit

Pop303 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from the user's own internet connection failure.
• Game outcomes that do not satisfy the player, resulting from a legitimate RNG.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their password.

In all circumstances, pop303's maximum total liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Amendment of Terms and Conditions

Pop303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this platform.

It is each member's responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the pop303 platform after any amendments are published will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
